The left turn signal to turn Southbound onto Higley from Williams Field is NOT long enough During morning and afternoon/evening traffic there is always a line backed up bleeding into the middle lane and usually only 2-3 of these cars can turn before the arrow is over; it takes an average of a full 3 cycles before you can get through the intersection
