Based on earlier report Parks came cut some dead limbs off tree but still hanging branches and Parks said I had to call U>I> which I did to cut branches pushing down on house electrical wires. Said put on list - dread everytime a storm is coming because I know limbs are going to pull down electrical wires - neither Parks nor U.I. seems to take responsibility even though the tree is City tree?
