Well that was a pure waste of time. There is a problem on Kai Drive. If you find any homes for sale do not buy. We have black stuff coming directly from the county. They had no solution and denied every bit of it. I was supposed to get a call from Hector. I gave the water worker today a q-tip with the black stuff. No call. I will continue now to the state of Florida and the EPA. There is something wrong. I have owned 5 houses and never ever had this. Every single thing was replaced. I went above and beyond doing what the workers said. And had the whole house replumbed. Thank you for sending the guy out to argue with me. Hector, why don’t you call me. Facebook page coming up for your complaint department since you guys do nothing. Give me a few day and I’ll have that set up. I wonder why I pay taxes on my house. The guy today said it’s the homeowners fault. Not realizing I own the home. It was someone else’s fault. The county took no fault in this. In fact the worker today said to get a lawyer. That just tells me there is serious problems if a worker is telling a customer to get an attorney. I am disabled and feel taken advantage of. I have done everything the water company has asked. I probably need to get the EPA involved. I just wish that the manager can call me so I can listen to his thoughts and keep climbing up the chain of command. It took a couple of years to get a new hot water heater since the First Lady at the water department said it was my water heater. I have auto fill for kohler for our sinks because the black stuff comes out of there. I had the whole house replumbed. So what else is there to blame. Take responsibility and do not send that same worker here. He is not welcome. If you choose to deal with this without help, hector can call or come out to my home. I think you might be thinking I will just go away. I won’t. If I wanted to live in flint Michigan I would. This seems to be a little flint.

Look it’s coming right out of the hole where your water comes out to fill up the bowl after flush. If you look, you can see more that will come out the next couple flushed. This is bc and has C affected our lives. We do not have guests out of embarrassment. This only started happening when you guys started the project putting new pipes in it bike lane. How can you say this is our fault.
