It has been nearly 90 days since I initially reported this situation. I believe the vegetation was recently sprayed with a chemical to cause it to "die back" however, there are still varmints scurrying about and across as pedestrians approach and the vegetation ( dead and living) still is in need of being CUT back away from the sidewalk.

We will ask Parks & Recreation to re-check the area.
