In general, the area is neat however like mentioned above some TLC is needed with mulch, limbs picked up, broken tree branches sawed off and hauled away, side walks cleared of sticks and debri, more trash receptacles needed in the PARKING LOT of the community center / near the playground.

I see where the dead tree was removed. Thank you!! However, I continue to pick up litter in the parking lot out in front of the Community Center. I believe if more trash receptacles were availabe out where the vehicles are parked(facing the main road into the park), trash might have a better chance of being properly disposed of.
