The COB needs to remove or investigate why Idea for Autism Inc. is exempt, the building is clearly abandoned with no activity, it's overgrown and blighted. WHY are they exempt from taxes, is it because Domenic Paniccia owns it. Is he related to the council person Amy-Marie.
this needs to be investigated and thoroughly document every inspection.
They're beating the system, a true disservice to the people of Bridgeport.

taxes run the city!!! . If the property is not being used it is a blatant abuse of the system. that property is run down and over grown the property looks horrible not a good image for Bridgeport. ( I own properties that we will be renovating to rent and we have no income on the property now . we pay our taxes(and a lot of it) & clean the yards weekly.
Children in this city need the tax money for better schools. The city needs the tax money.
Bridgeport can be great if we all care out our surroundings.
