When the walk sign is supposed to be on, it does not turn on. This is only for north-south traffic on the west side of blount at martin.

I've referred this to our Public Works Department. When the staff has had a chance to respond I’ll post an update. Thanks for reporting.

Per Public Works, this is currently under ownership of a contractor doing this work downtown. We have forwarded this request to have it repaired immediately.

This is a pretty serious safety issue. I watched a couple of near car on pedestrian misses in last couple of days.
