I live at 125 Ferncliff Ave Unit E-344 (3rd floor). Diamond Parking light #40 located at the entrance to the Ferry Terminal building on pole #SLAH6975 violates outdoor lighting code 18.15.040. High Intensity light shines up and into my bedroom & living room. Flood light shines up not down and is it is not shielded. I have attempted to resolve this with Diamond Parking, B.I. Ferry Terminal Supervisor and B.I. Public Works without success. This floodlight also shines into the public park & heritage trees at Harbor Square. Very annoying

问 Is this issue visible from the public right of way? Code Compliance may not be able to follow up on anonymous issues not visible from a public area.
答 Yes ... flood light also shines into the Harbor Square public square & the public park (the heritage trees) at Harbor Square condos.
