This appears to occur during the "rush hour" times... In general all of the new signals have pretty bizarre timing along grand. Olive and grand is especially odd, with olive towards grove frequently getting mere sections to move through.

@Pedro: I've noticed this situation also. The Olive-Grand intersection now includes an extended pedestrian component. Thus the intersection often remains empty whle traffic backs up in all four directions. As a result, impatient drivers heading east on Olive are using St. John as a shortcut to Grand Street south, often at an unsafe rate of speed. It's only a matter of time before something or somebody is hit. This latter problem has been posted before, but I'm going to post this as a separate issue again.

The issue is better than before. But I'm closing it so SCF stops emailing me asking if it's fixed.
