.In the backyard of the house at 515 Bancroft Ave there is currently a pile of demolition debris/trash over 5 ft. tall that has been there for months. This is unhealthy and is attracting all types of vermin are in the yard and house. Also the upstairs windows are wide open. The property at 515 Bancroft has been reported several times over the last 5 years and whoever the owner of the property is only responds when Code Enforcement takes action against them. Thank you
