This is more than illegal dumping. It's a landlord who keeps tearing up the property. Over a year ago she dug up the driveway but didn't replace it. At about the same time, she had bricks removed from the house, that were never replaced. A couple of weeks ago contractors tore out the front steps and dumped bags of concrete on the front lawn. This is a rental property that is seriously in violation of city codes. And it's a terrible eyesore.
