Walked by there today, this car does not appear to have been moved since. Broken right rear small window. Inside has a lot of trash.

This photo shows the car parked 2 spaces down from where you photo'd it. Have you tried putting a note under the wiper blade for this owner? Walked by today (street cleaning day) and the car had been moved.
