has wots worked for you for noise complaints? jcpd told me they are only using wots for traffic and not noise or any other type of crime. I have had no success getting police to show up for noise complaints - literally not once in the last three years - by calling non emergency number.

WOTS never works for me. I use it for loud music on Lexington, and Roosevelt. No one ever came not.
Even calling the police, they still never came.
A few times I use twitter, tagged the mayor and the jcpd. That sometimes works.

Send a screenshot of the complaint to our councilwoman - she is usually pretty good at addressing these things.

WOTS has not been used by the PD for more than two years. It's only used now for parking offenses.
