DPW...please refer this to Operation Dignity so that they can help these folks before you clean up the space. This is happening all over our neighborhood and Operation Dignity should be involved.

This corner is creepy! I go the store on 14th & I used to walk on that side of the street now I cross to the other side. If it's night I drive. I live on Peralta between 11th & 12th. This corner has had the same problem in the past.
