City of Brookhaven City Manager's Office assigned this issue to Brookhaven Department of Public Works

This looks terrible, shouldn't be allowed

I liver in the complex as well. The paving job is terrible. There are cracks all around the concrete as well.

Ryland Homes is attempting to leave the complex and get signed off by the city without Addressing the issues of the homeowners. They repaired cracks in curbs and sidewalks poorly, and they crack again as the material is drying. They broke sidewalks while constructing the complex, and refuse to repair/replace. Final paving is substandard at the very least.

I also live in the neighborhood. The roads need to be re-addressed before sign off.

I'm a resident here and I agree that the roads were left worse than before. They are also still uneven and patchy.

Has this been resolved? Or will they have to wait until it's been 2 months like many of the other issues here?
