Description

These two vehicles have not moved in close to two years. Green Chevy Impala and a Black Ford Pickup. The pickup is totally blocking the sidewalk forcing people to walk in the road along with traffic. It moved from the sidewalk to the street where it was red tagged before and it was moved back onto the sidewalk. The truck probably hasn't moved from this location for 5-6 years or more.
