Deskripsyon

The resident at 306 Wallace works on cars on the street across from his house (in front of Pal Soccer Field). It was 10pm and he and his son were working on the white cadillac no lic plates. There are car parts all over including gasoline and other liquids. He has a big mess cardboard and garbage all over he doesn't pick up. Please do something about this he is not suppose to work on cars in the street. He always has a line of cars that he is working on. Starts in the afternoon after 4pm and has been out well after 10pm.

Yes I keep reporting it BECAUSE no one has done anything about it....he and his son are still working on cars and has grease all over the street 4 cars and counting!!!! He works on these cars at night....the police pass by there all the time and they have their meetings at the PAL office and see all this and no one says anything to them. Why?
