This Citizen's Patrol is old and needs to be replaced. The office that I was referred to had no idea how to replace the sign, and said that they do not offer this service. I called 311 for guidance, and I also called HPD North command station and left a voice mail. This issue is similar to my request 101001500262 , which is stated to be replaced by Sept 20th.
