These people need to be moved, I walk my dogs daily buy these people it’s sad but they need to go

There is now a Coleman RV parked on the other side of Illinois with flat tires! It showed up on El dorado over night and somehow moved to Illinois St by evening today. City of Vallejo...DEAL with the issues!

People do what works for them and due to the inability of the city to act I believe this will escalate because it is allowed. It is frustrating to view the escalating trash, drug activity, urine and feces.
