The 1300 block of W. Clay St. is plagued by brick thiefs who are digging up bricks from the sidewalk when they think no one is looking. I have busted two people stealing bricks already. They steal bricks because the sidewalks look so bad. We need the bricks repaired here. There is a lot of foot traffic, and people end up walking in the middle of the street because the sidewalks are so treacherous.
