Description

The people at 633 South Fairview can't or won't control their doberman pincher and it runs loose and intimidates me and my dog. Can anything be done about it?

Have you met the dog owners? Any chance of talking with them? Your next step would be what David suggests above. Animal control could provide advice, rather than BWL, LPD or city of Lansing staff on this site. Good luck to you.
