I had not driven through south Troy in a long time. What's with the very dull / hard to see traffic lights from Marty Burkes almost up to Ferry street - the lights look like 2nd hand leftovers and are painted a dark color very hard to distinguish - the red, yellow and green lights are smaller than other signals in the city and are much dimmer - makes it very hard to determine whether you should stop or go - especially in bright sunlight. Be careful at all South Troy intersections on sunny days !!!!
