  Hello. I am the President of the HOA for these houses. The neighbor who submitted the ticket (10584 Hunters Way) and I are both confused.

  One tree, the dead 16" maple on the 10584 side of the street has been marked with white paint on the tree and street for removal. This is the third tree down from the intersection of Hunters Way and White Court.

  We see no other trees marked and are confused about which is the 50% dead 20" maple. We do not want a homeowner to have their tree removed with no notice or have tan incorrect, healthy tree removed.

  Is it possible the second tree is on the other side of the street by the driveway of 10583 and not marked? That tree may not be healthy but to a layman looks okay. Or maybe there is an error?

  I am concerned there is a mistake and/or an unaware neighbor will have a tree cut down.

  I forgot to put the addresses next to each location , I did mark an extra tree at 10568 and the one at 10584

  Thanks Greg J! All is clear now and I appreciate your speedy response and also proactively marking another tree that was dying while you were here to evaluate the one the ticket was for.
