There's a deep hole in the manhole cover in the middle of the street near Ferraro's market parking lot. It's almost impossible to avoid with 2 direction traffic, parking on the street and traffic from the parking lot. Can DPW even it out a bit? It really hurts the wheels, even at 5 MPH. Thanks.
