  Is it possible to send a picture closer to one of the poles? That will help us determine the owner. Current picture cannot be enlarged enough to see the connection point.

  I can send another picture, just not sure if it will help, there are a bunch of jumbled up lines at that pile, there is also a Verizon cable reel and plastic box just laying in the grass at the bottom of the pole, not secure to anything

  If I had to guess, I would say it is Verizon, also might need a tree trimmed back off the lines

  If you can send the picture...if nothing else we can send to to Verizon to help speed things along. How long have the line been low?

  I don’t see an option to send another picture, the line has been that low since we moved into the house in the middle of May, not sure how long before then, let me know how to send another picture and I’ll send them
