This problem has been reported about two years ago and is still open with nothing being done about it..

Thank you for your report. These benches have been cleaned and painted in years' past by civic groups in and around Town. We will add this to our list of things to do with volunteers in the future.

The issue is still not resolved. The issue should be resolved and closed only after the issue has been taken care of. The benches at the Needham Heights common still needs to be cleaned and painted.
