How long does it take to receive a building permit? I understand the Office has thirty days to provide a permit, but does it take thirty days to respond to an email?

A. permits require assessment to have scope of work approved. Timely responses to emails, 24/48 hour response windows unreasonable? Isn't public safety this offices focus? Repairs etc
