Description
Trucks are often parked illegally in the bike lane on south bound Mandela Parkway just south of 5th Street. It is so frequent that it seems like the business here is using the bike lane as on-street truck parking, although even using the bike lane as a loading zone should be discouraged. Please enforce this no parking area and keep the bike lanes clear.
