Description

House is deplorable, everytime I look out my windoew I see a disgusting house with a massive hole in the roof, layers of shingles falling off, broken windows, porch falling in etc. It has been like this for four years. Another neighbor cuts the grass so we don't get any more rodents than what there is already living in and on the property. We never see the home owner there doing any maintenance. It needs to be tore down.
