First thanks for the additional information related to the time of day / level of light information it does help with trouble shooting the item. Video detection sometimes does need adjustments too recognize vehicles at all times of day due to light levels, shadowing, cloudy days, direct sunlight etc. all can have a negative impact on its abilities and fine tuning may be required. I will get this over to our field technicians and a work order will be created for them to check it out a make adjustments as needed. It may help to know what color of vehicle you drive if you would like to provide them with that additional information? Thanks again for reporting it!...Mike S.
