I doubt they'll do anything .. Carroll avenue on the East end also has a lot of asphalt on the sidewalk area. It would look and be so much nicer if the City of Bridgeport forces everyone to do concrete sidewalks and it would also be nice if the City of Bridgeport give citations to properties that have litter all over the curbs and the street people just throw garbage everywhere it's sad. I believe it will boost the economy if they was to give out fines for litter
