You cannot miss it. I have reported this before, months ago. The trash was picked up, but the human waste was not cleaned off the wall. It is a commercial bldg with no number obvious on the building. This is the address your app - the 311 app - provided when I used the map function.
This building is a nuisance in so many ways. The owner put a new roof on, but at ground level - vacant lot with trash and broken concrete and weeds, trash surrounding the perimeter, abandoned cars, a guy living in his rv setting up an entire homestead on the sidewalk and running some type of car repair or car stripping or other car-related enterprise, illegally, with dumping of tires and toxic car fluids. I have been reporting all this stuff for almost two years and no-one has done anything about it.
