That makes sense. However, why can't the trucks come around in the afternoon or even in the late evening?

This is a violation of City ordinances, get the name of the trash hauler, the business they are picking up for and contact them and/or LCI. The City haulers do not start that early for that reason.

Unfortunately I think these are the city haulers. These are the people who come around to pick up resident's trash.
