One question - why are the new poles un-finished galvanized steel, instead of the standard dark green that is used on all of the other new ones?

Construction still in progress. Construction delays due to engineer changes and in-field design changes due to unforeseen environmental obstacles.

Thanks - I saw that it got back underway right after I filed the ticket - this looks like a tricky location for fitting all of that work in. Still don't understand why they did not provide the specified federal green pole color. I suppose they can always field paint it when they are done, though it won't hold up as well as a shop-applied coating.

This ticket is closed in the City's Work Order system.
