Cars are routinely speeding down Elm street after the stop sign at Hobart street toward W Park Ave. Not terribly concerned about cars going under 40 (though I am sure others are), but there are cars clearly exceeding that! Deterrence with police is only temporary solution. The neighborhood enclosed by Whalley, Edgewood, Ella Grasso and W Park should have stop signs at every intersection.
