The 7th Street Street right turn onto Webster Street is always hazardous due to some motorists who use the right hand turn lane do not understand that that lane is for right turn only and the next lane over can go right or straight. Thank you for marking the lanes with new arrows, but some people do not understand that the right lane is for right turn only (no going straight) and the next lane is for right turn or going straight. I have personally witnessed near collisions. Please Add a sign on the pole across the street to indicate arrows for both those lanes. Thank you.
