Yes, this yard is an overflowing trash pit with an open invitation to bring trash & dump it here. The city sanitation dept., just removed trash bags from the sidewalk (excellent job, fast response from the city) but since there's work still being done at the property at 5309 Webster st., I'll bet there's going to be more short dumping, people rather dump it on the street than pay to dump it the right way.
