Near the alleyway between Webster St. & Catharine St., lots of large bags of construction debris is being left on the sidewalk from a construction job being done at 5309 Webster. Workers are bringing the trash bags through the alleyway leaving them on the sidewalk.

Is the house in 53rd and Catherine contributing to this as well? Even the half assed fence they put up to hide it is falling down. The rear yard is practically overflowing with contractor bags.

Yes, this yard is an overflowing trash pit with an open invitation to bring trash & dump it here. The city sanitation dept., just removed trash bags from the sidewalk (excellent job, fast response from the city) but since there's work still being done at the property at 5309 Webster st., I'll bet there's going to be more short dumping, people rather dump it on the street than pay to dump it the right way.
