I'm going to list this as dumping because this is chronic -

West underpass at 35/36 th streets
The homeless encampment hoard is once again spilling into the bike lane
Seriously unsafe Dark
Poor lighting

I saw a biker nearly get killed trying to avoid the mess in the bike lane I really don't want someone killed and someone killing a biker This mess is appalling

Please manage this
Install cameras immediately !

Better yet time to give this community a break Find a safer place for campers
