Per Verizon Dirt has caved in around Verizon cable box. Created ticket to have filler dirt added, completion date by 9/12/22.

Thank you for your report. This issue is not under County jurisdiction and must be addressed by the appropriate Utility Company (Verizon, BGE, Comcast, etc). Howard County has submitted a report on your behalf, and the utility has indicated that they will look into the issue. This ticket will be closed in SeeClickFix.
