Description

The City of St. Pete had to repair a pipe that burst in front of the Vinoy Resort. In order for this to be fixed, the city had to dig up the sidewalk to shut the water off so they could fix the pipe. The sidewalk is still dug up and not fixed. Please fix this immediately.
