It is incredily frustrating living on Chase St and coming home before 3:30 and 1.not finding parking and 2. not being able to park on my own street because it is not permitted to do so from 7:30am - 3:30pm on school days. I believe residents that live on Chase st should have like a pass like all Salem residents do for the month of Halloween. I shouldn't have to be driving around in circles waiting for 3:30 to come around so my car won't get towed. Also, there are cones on the other sides of the street, why can't people who live on this street park there? Need resolution ASAP PLEASE.
