Description

There is always 2 black and white cats that typically go in and out of the house through a cat door in the garage. The cats seem to be outside almost 24/7, they got skinnier and sicker over time, people and especially kids keep coming by to feed the cats but recently it looks like the long haired cat just stopped moving and has been laying there for over a day on the driveway. The food people leave for the cats outside is also attracting racoons, rodents etc and worried the cat might already passed from a fight with some predators. The short haired at is also skinny but at least moving about.
