Ever since our street was repaved (thank you !) this manhole cover in front of 28 Duncan Ave wobbles and creates 2 loud noises with every passing car I realize this is a minor issue but it would add greatly to the peacefulness of our street if you could please make this quick repair The many residents who have windows on Duncan would be most appreciative ! ive!
