Q. Please describe the issue
A. Corner of Asinof Ave and Springfield St has no parking zones that are NEVER enforced. Major accident on Saturday 10/8. Sunday 10/9 vehicles illegally parked everywhere! Same freaking location! No Chicopee PD. This is a major problem created by the owners of rhe Rumbleseat. They do business in the neighborhood with total disregard for the residents. It is time to involve higher authority. City and business refuse to address this issue. Major accidents are preferred over doing what is necessary. A minor issue that if addressed would have avoided Saturday's incident!
