Sounds like you've been smoking' some tea if you think this kind of behavior is acceptable. It's not. It's illegal, dangerous and obnoxious.

Quads in the city are a menace. They are illegal and dangerous to the riders and others. If this quad is being used on public property it must be confiscated and the owner must be fined.

QOL issue. Small crimes lead to bigger disregard for the laws. This is not the place to be riding quads especially with a child and no helmets.

Adult showing child it is OK to disregard Laws .
Plus It is risky with no helmet to ride.
I commend the father for spending time with son and off road riding can be very positive experience .
If DCF gets a report guy will have world of trouble !
Some one needs to pull this guy a side and have a Man to Man talk.

Edgewood park area used to be a very nice area. Not anymore. The police are called all the time and they do not respond. What does that say about the residence in the area. It says they could care less. These dirt bikes are not only a nuisance, but they are tearing up the Edgewood Lawn. When my son was young a police over chased him and his friends of the green for playing football.Now, real damage by these bikes and they will not respond

I don't think they don't want to come by there is other crimes going on in the city that's more important

You might try contacting him, and let him know that his tenants are creating a public nuisance, destroying public property and storing unregistered vehicles on his rental property.... No one has the "right" to destroy a public park.

Just yesterday I saw someone ride their stupid little quad up Edgewood and across the Mall into that driveway. A couple of nights ago a whole pack roared through the neighborhood. The weather may be keeping them indoors lately but the idiots and their dangerous toys are still out there. Can anybody do anything to stop them?
