I’m not sure I agree with you about this being a ROW. It’s the community property and our community pays to maintain the area.
When you say, forthcoming, that does not specify a timeline. It’s actually extremely vague. For what purpose, I’m not sure. Unless you are trying to wait out the election. Please be more specific with your response.

The issue is they are on private property and they do not have permission by the property owner…HOA board members have confirmed they did not authorize the signage. Therefore, does the county notify the candidate’s of the illegal placement of the signs or does that fall on the property owner. Can the property owner remove and discard the signs and what recourse do they have to prevent future placement of signs?
