"HIGH PRIORITY "the property located at 87 Upham Street Malden, MA at this point even after sale 3/11/22 has yet to be occupied and not only is it an eyesore the backyard is not being kept and currently a rest haven for skunks raccoons' along with birds in the house and an occasional trespasser who believes the property is vacant and for sale. Pleas put the new owner on notice and help with this ISSUE!!! thank you just concerned neighbors and folks trying to make Malden better/great!
