2. Vehicle parked across and blocking the pedestrian sidewalk.

3. Vehicle with NO front license plate.

4. Vehicle: Light gray Hyundai 4-door sedan.

5. Monitor this location weekly. Frequently with other vehicles blocking-restricting the pedestrian sidewalk.
