Sharraxaadda

The school construction built a temporary pedestrian walkway on Orange St, but it is now completely flooded with about 2 inches of water. I think the temporary ramp at one end may be blocking the drainage, and probably needs to be rebuilt with a drain pipe underneath. The water is trapped and the walkway is completely impassable, forcing pedestrians into the roadway.
